U.S. Cycling Athlete Stephen Bedford Accepts Sanction for Anti-Doping Rule Violation

USADA announced today that Stephen Bedford, of Portland, Ore., an athlete in the sport of cycling, has accepted a six-month sanction for an anti-doping rule violation.
