The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) based in Lausanne, Switzerland, rendered its decision in the appeal, filed by cyclist Bobby Lea, of an earlier American Arbitration Association (AAA) arbitration award finding Lea committed an anti-doping rule violation.

AAA rendered a decision in the case of cyclist Robert Lea, from Topton, PA, finding that Lea committed an ADRV, and will serve a 16-month suspension.

Carter Luck, of Harrisburg, Pa., an athlete in the sport of cycling, has accepted a 12-month sanction for a non-analytical anti-doping rule violation.
